How to Cook Millet Khichadi?

  1. Use 5 cups of water for 1 cup of Khichadi. In a pressure cooker, add tempering of mustard seeds, chillies. To this, add vegetables of choice and then add the khichadi. Add water and salt as per taste.
  2. Cook for 4-5 whistles and your one pot nutritious millet meal is ready.
  3. Serve with raita and papad for a wholesome meal
