Cooking Instructions:
Savory: In a skillet, add green chillies, mustard seeds & curry leaves till they splutter. Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Add the roasted vermicelli & salt. Add sufficient water to cover the vermicelli and let it cook till most of the water is absorbed. Serve hot with a dash of lemon and sprinkling of chopped coriander. Add roasted peanuts (Optional)
Sweet: Make a sweet sevai by cooking the vermicelli with milk and cardamom. Take it off the flame and add jaggery or any other sweetner of choice.
