Cooking Instructions:
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add a teaspoon of salt and a few drops of oil. Add the hakka noodles and cook them until they are “al dente”—cooked but still firm.
  2. Immediately drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Heat a wok or a large skillet over high heat. Add the oil and heat it. Add the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies & stir-fry until fragrant. Add all the veggies, condiments and sauces of choice.
  4. Add the boiled noodles, black pepper powder, and salt. Use tongs or two spatulas to quickly toss the noodles, mixing them thoroughly with the vegetables and sauces.
