How to Use Bajra Daliya?

1. Cook as a sweet or savoury porridge.
2. Mix with moong daal to make khichdi or pongal
3. Ground to flour to make rotis, pancakes and chilas
4. Use in your idli/dosa batters in place of paddy rice
